Restricting business to necessary repairs, emergencies, and outdoor work.

The HVAC technicians at G & R Heating and Air are more than happy to visit your home or business to replace, repair, or install air conditioning units and heaters on an as-needed basis. If you call with a concern that we would typically travel to diagnose, we may try a little harder to diagnose the problem over the phone or video call and offer solutions that won’t require us to enter your home. Of course, this is not always practical and if we need to be physically present to handle the issues, we will take other measures to protect you and our staff.

Social distancing and contactless services.

Rather than the warm handshake and paperwork you may be used to, our technicians will provide quality services while keeping their distance. We have opted for over the phone payment collection when possible and other forms of virtual or digital services.

Additional PPE for our technicians.

When we make a house call, our technicians will be donned in a mask or facial covering to help prevent respiratory droplets from being spread. We ask that our clients do the same while our technicians are in a shared space. And, if either you or our technicians are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms or have been exposed in the last 14 days, we may ask to reschedule your services or to have you not be present at the time services are rendered.

What Hasn’t Changed

While these new ways of doing business are different and require some major adjustments, there are some things you can still count on. Service with a smile, for one.
