• A $95 service visit and diagnostic inspection fee (8 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST). An after hours or emergency service visit is $145.
• FREE in-home estimates on the installation of new equipment (this is a quote to replace your unit, NOT a quote to diagnose and fix a broken unit).
• We have most parts in our van and can fix your home furnace during the same visit.
• Your complete satisfaction with warm air flowing through your home.
• One of our friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service technicians will arrive to your location within a two-hour window of when your appointment was scheduled.

There is a $95 inspection and diagnosis charge for all service requests during normal business hours (8am – 6pm CT), $145 inspection charge for all emergency service requests outside of normal business hours.

There is an additional $30 trip charge for anyone located more than 25 miles from Gilberts, IL on Google Maps. If the distance is more than 50 miles, please call and we will discuss the fee with you.
